CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES: All jewelry is handmade to order and shipped 3 - 6 business days after your order is placed.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased.

We offer the below shipping options

First Class - delivered within the US in 3-5 business days
Priority (2 - 3 day): delivered within 2-3 business days
Express (1 day): delivered within 1 business day

EXPEDITED SHIPPING ORDERS: With the selection of this shipping type, it does NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe above still applies to your order.

Orders will not be refunded or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above regarding expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally through USPS. Our international shipping charge is $15. Orders typically arrive 1-3 weeks after your order has been processed.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Once your package leaves our Studio, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local Postal Office. They can assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.
