RETURNS

Leslie Anne Jewelry will gladly accept the return of item(s) purchased from our website within 10 days of delivery.  Item(s) must be unworn/unaltered and returned with all original packaging.  Return postage is not covered by Leslie Anne Jewelry, please utilize the carrier of your choice.  It is highly recommended that you to use a traceable shipping method, with insurance, to send in your return, as it is out of our hands if it is lost during transit back to us. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be within 10 days of delivery.  Item(s) must be unworn/unaltered and returned with all original packaging.  Return postage is not covered by Leslie Anne Jewelry, please utilize the carrier of your choice. All exchanges are subject to a $5 fee to cover the costs of shipping back to you.  To begin an exchange request, please click here.

CUSTOM JEWELRY

All custom jewelry pieces are non-refundable due to the specifications in which they were created and are not subject to a refund (unless defective).  However, if you experience any issues with your custom piece, please email us at info@leslieannejewelry.com .

TRUNK SHOW / CRAFT SHOW

All items purchased during a trunk show or craft show are non-refundable due to the limited nature of the item(s).  If you get your piece home and decide that you would like modifications to your item(s), please email us at info@leslieannejewelry.com.  We will be happy to work with you on making your desired modifications.  Please note, some modifications may come with an additional fee (i.e. lengthening a chain).
